Pedro ximénez sherry
Top w/ 1/4 oz González Byass Noé Pedro Ximénez
1 tsp honey syrup
Mole bitters
1 dash Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
Habanero tincture

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a single old-fashioned glass over 1 large ice cube. No garnish.
