1 tsp Fernet-Branca
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/4 oz cinnamon syrup
1/4 oz orgeat
Lime wheel

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the lime wheel.
